The Central Coast Collaborative on Homelessness (C3H) is a new multiagency/multidisciplinary county-wide collaborative spearheading collective efforts of public and private agencies and volunteers to address complex issues surrounding homelessness while also prioritizing services for those living on the streets in Santa Barbara County.

This past January, the Central Coast Collaborative on Homelessness (C3H) and Common Ground Santa Barbara County coordinated hundreds of volunteers who spread county-wide to count the number of homeless individuals living in our communities.
