The Lompoc Family YMCA is accepting registration for its “Livestrong at the YMCA” program, a national partnership between the YMCA and the Livestrong Foundation to help cancer survivors achieve health goals.
The 12-week program is free to cancer survivors. The next session will begin Sept. 8. It will include both cardiovascular and strength-building exercises, as well as community building and support. Each participant will be given personalized instruction.
